You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, controlling access to your workspace, and all activities that occur under your account or team environment.

Our Services

Searvora provides software and related services designed to help teams with SEO diagnostics, AI-assisted strategy, content planning, crawling, and workflow execution. Features may evolve over time, and some capabilities may be offered only on certain plans, in beta, or subject to usage limits.

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue functionality when reasonably necessary for product quality, security, legal compliance, or business operations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Searvora in a way that violates law, infringes rights, harms other users, or interferes with the integrity of the service.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, or interference with our infrastructure.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious materials.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or abusive automated traffic.
• Do not circumvent plan limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not imply that generated outputs are guaranteed legal, ranking, or business outcomes.

Customer Content and Inputs

You retain responsibility for the content, URLs, prompts, account data, and other materials you submit to the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process that material through Searvora.

You grant Searvora the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your inputs and outputs solely for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service.

Intellectual Property

Searvora and its underlying software, branding, documentation, design assets, and platform components are owned by MelogenAI, Searvora, or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative services from the platform itself.

Outputs generated from your use of the service may depend on your inputs, configuration, and third-party systems. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Fees, Billing, and Plan Changes

Paid features require an active subscription or separate commercial agreement. Fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the payment method on file for subscriptions, usage-based charges, taxes, renewals, and approved plan changes. Late or failed payments may lead to downgraded access, suspension, or cancellation.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe your use creates security risk, violates these Terms, exposes us or others to liability, or causes harm to the platform or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve either party from obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers

Searvora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SEO, content, and AI-generated recommendations involve judgment and external systems we do not control. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to rely on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Searvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Searvora for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide an additional notice through the site, by email, or in-product messaging. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
