Searvora is a brand operated by MelogenAI. Payments for Searvora are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. This Refund Policy explains when Searvora may issue refunds for paid subscriptions or related service charges, and it should be read together with Paddle's refund framework, our Terms of Service, and any plan-specific terms presented during checkout.

Initial subscription purchases for Searvora services operated by MelogenAI are generally eligible for review under a 14-Day Refund Policy measured from the first successful payment.

Typical Exceptions

Renewal charges, partial-period non-use, or requests made after the review window are usually not refundable unless required by law.

For first-time subscription purchases, we generally review refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the initial successful payment.

Submitting a request within the 14-day window does not guarantee approval, but it ensures the request will be assessed under this policy and in coordination with Paddle's refund handling requirements.

When a Refund May Be Approved

We may approve a full or partial refund when we determine that the request is reasonable under the circumstances.

  • You were charged incorrectly, duplicated, or billed after a documented cancellation issue.
  • A material technical failure prevented you from accessing core paid functionality and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • The request was submitted during the initial review window and account usage was limited.
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

When Refunds Are Typically Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided for the situations below unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.

  • Renewal payments for ongoing subscriptions after the initial purchase period.
  • Requests submitted after the applicable refund review window.
  • Charges for periods in which the service remained available but was unused.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from features, limitations, or plan scope that were described before purchase.
  • Account suspension or termination caused by violations of our Terms of Service.

Effect of Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed. Unless we state otherwise, access usually remains available through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
